Tonight is our first night off this week.
I'm ready for it.
But, now I'm realizing that even though it's our "night off" we will still be working. We're going to visit some showrooms so we can make decisions regarding which windows to purchase. We need to choose ceiling fans and there are supplies to fight for (Fighting as in, "Hey, Babe, let's go to Sam's Club on Friday night and buy a case of water and a big bag of burritos!" Doing anything on Friday night in Topeka is craziness, let alone going to a Wal-Mart or Sam's Club.). Work as it is, at least we won't be soaked in sweat by six in the evening.
Speaking of sweat, this week was a hot one. I like it when it is hot. I weighed myself this morning and noticed a pattern. I'm still loosing weight. Which makes me laugh. Why am I laughing? I'm still drinking Dr. Pepper on a regular basis. Boo-yah! As my good friend Todd has pointed out, "Jere's quit Dr. Pepper many times!"
Tomorrow Reagan and I are going to pull a farmers shift. Work till noon, sleep till supper, work till dark. It is a great strategy to avoid the heat. It also gives you time to do things around the house. Especially the things that you have been putting off the most (taking a nap, playing video games, drawing pictures and watching Law and Order).
We've got a large checklist of things to happen while we're working tomorrow. I don't want to mention them. Mostly because I am scared of commitment.
Have a great Friday!

You guys are too funny! Hope you enjoy your "break".
Wow sounds like you two are staying super busy between work and the house! Still...it sounds awfully neat to be able to do what you guys are doing! I hope everything turns out well for you with the house and Kristi and I are excited to come home and see it! =D
We've managed to get blogger to show up in English here(mostly) so we've started our own blog here, and Kristi has promised to update it fairly often I think.
Stop by and let us know how it looks! :)
