Chicken Pot Pie

Jere and I got this home made chicken pot pie recipe from his cousin's wife. We both really like it!

2 cans Cream of Mushroom
1 can Cream of Chicken
6 Boneless Chicken Breasts (+/- however many desired)
1 bag Mixed Vegetables
1 bottom and top crust for each pie
(an easy way is to buy pre-made shells for the bottom and loose dough for the top)

Boil the chicken breast until cooked. Shred in a shredder or chop until fine pieces are made. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until satisfied. Pour mixture into pie shell and place loose dough on top – press sides to close up the pie.

Makes 3 pies.

Cook for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
